Documents Required for Company Registration in Nepal

Having all your documents ready before you start the registration process saves significant time. Here is the complete checklist.

For All Shareholders and Directors

• Citizenship certificate copy (original for verification)
• PAN copy (if the shareholder already has one)
• Recent passport-size photograph

For the Company

• 2–3 proposed company names (in order of preference)
• Company objectives and list of business activities
• Registered office address in Nepal (with proof of address or a no-objection letter from the property owner)
• Authorised, issued, and paid-up capital details
• Shareholder ownership percentages
