Smart Accounting provides company registration, tax compliance, accounting, bookkeeping, trademark, and related business services in Nepal. The scope of each engagement is defined in the service agreement or quotation provided to you.
Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information and documents in a timely manner
- Respond to our requests for information within agreed timeframes
- Inform us of any changes to your business that may affect compliance obligations
Delays caused by incomplete or late information may affect filing deadlines and outcomes.
Fees and Payment
Fees for each service are communicated in advance via a quotation or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due before or upon completion of the service. Government fees and taxes are billed at actual cost.
Limitation of Liability
We are committed to providing accurate and professional services. However, we are not liable for penalties or outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client, or from changes in government regulations or processing times beyond our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Nepal.
