Refund Policy

This policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations for the services provided by Smart Accounting.

Government Fees

Government fees paid to authorities such as the OCR, IRD, and Department of Industry are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of the outcome. This includes name reservation fees, registration fees, and filing fees.

Service Charges

• If a service has not been started, our service charge is fully refundable.
• If a service has been partially completed, a proportional refund may be issued based on the work remaining.
• If a service has been completed, no refund of the service charge is available.

Cancellations

You may cancel an ongoing engagement by providing written notice. Fees for work completed up to the cancellation date are payable. We will return any original documents in our possession.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, contact us with your engagement details and the reason for the request. We will review and respond within five business days.
